Terms of use

3.Terms of use

3.1 Legal Binding Agreement & Contractual Matrix
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract executed between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Codehub. This document dictates your rights, responsibilities, liabilities, and restrictions when navigating the Codehub digital environment.

3.2 User Account Architecture, Verification, and Obligations
To access core features of the marketplace, including purchasing software assets or listing code for sale, you must successfully register a verified account.

Account Compliance Clauses:
You affirm that all registration information submitted is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or selling your account credentials to any external party.

You assume full legal liability for any and all activity occurring under your assigned account.

If you are registering on behalf of a corporate entity, you affirm that you possess the explicit legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3.3 Acceptable Use Policy & Platform Prohibitions
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Codehub interface. You expressly covenant and agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Automated Scraping: Employing bots, spiders, scrapers, or advanced automated scripts to extract product listings, source code previews, user directories, or pricing metadata.

Decompilation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the proprietary source code, software engines, or cryptographic protocols utilized by Codehub to run the platform.

Security Probing: Executing unauthorized vulnerability scans, penetration testing, or stress tests against Codehub servers without explicit written authorization from our security operations center.

Malware Distribution: Uploading, hosting, or linking to files containing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or logic bombs designed to compromise the system integrity of Codehub or its users.

3.4 Disclaimers, Indemnification, and Liability Limitations
A. Disclaimer of Warranties
